The SERVPRO of Dutch Fork team is amazing! From the first contact with Cary in the office to Ms. Monica’s first assessment meeting at our home to the entire 5 person service team, everyone was friendly, professional, accommodating and amazing to work with! Before being connected to SERVPRO, we had received sub-par service from another company. I was disappointed and frustrated!  

During my first assessment meeting with Ms. Monica, I shared my challenges and frustrations. She listened, allowing me to vent. She then went on to apologize for the poor service we had received from another company. Her next words blew me away, she said “you have my word that SERVPRO and I will make it right” and they did! She was true to her words. Each member of the team went over and above what was asked of them! Each day they were punctual in their arrival. Packing the contents of our first floor, moving items to the second floor and to an offsite storage facility, preparing the house for the new hardwood floor and carpeting.  Then after the installation of the flooring, returning to clean our home, unpack and put everything back in its place. They did everything! They took great care with our belongings and when they were finished, it was like nothing ever happened. Thank you Ms. Monica and the entire SERVPRO team for making a bad situation better!

We had a newly installed dishwasher flood out our entire kitchen and part of the great room. I called SERVPRO of Dutch Fork in Chapin and the owner responded immediately and accompanied his crew to assess our situation. This was 10 days before Christmas. The professionals jump on our problem immediately, offered advice concerning dealing with the appliance company and store installer- a process that took almost 4 months to resolve! The office staff including Cary and Jessica were awesome and Julie who was in charge of the repairs all were responsive and supportive - kept us up to date on all facets of the process and went that extra mile to help our kitchen  become functional again. Chris and his staff receive my highest rating and recommendation.
