Mold in Crawlspace - Chapin, SC

This molded crawlspace was the result of an attempt to remediate water damage without proper equipment, knowledge and skillset. When a water heater malfunctioned and overflowed in the lower level of the office building, the maintenance staff cleaned up the water but did not realize there was water in places they could not see. Improper drying can lead to numerous issues, most of which are costly. A sand-blasting technique was used to remove the mold and make their crawlspace look "Like it never even happened."
