Aged Windows + Heavy Rains = DISASTER

The Dutch Fork region received several days of heavy rain, causing a big problem in this Chapin, SC home. As windows age their seals begin to leak which increases the chance of water leakage. Unfortunately for these homeowners that is exactly what occurred. While we do not believe that all of the water was from the same storm, a smaller, slower leak can often cause more damage than a large one. Our technicians carefully removed the affected drywall and flooring below the window, treated the areas for mold and replaced the materials to make this situation appear "Like it never even happened."
