Flooded Office in Chapin, SC

A water supply line burst in a Chapin, SC dentist office break room, resulting in wide-spread water damage. Water is often deceiving and even though there was just an inch of standing water at the time of discovery, there is almost always more extensive damage hidden below.

Sub-floor Damage

Upon inspection our technicians found that the water had also affected the sub-floor. Because this was a place of business the plan of action needed to take in consideration the need for minimal disturbances to patients and the office hours of operation. Holes were drilled in the crawlspace to drain the majority of the water out and filled with insulating foam once repairs had been completed.
