Bathroom Renovations in Chapin, SC

This home caught fire in Chapin, SC and SERVPRO of The Dutch Fork was quick to respond. Our franchise is a start to finish location with the ability to tackle a number of tasks that are required in the disaster restoration industry. Due to the age of this home, asbestos testing was required. Luckily we're certified in Asbestos Abatement so we don't have to rely on another organization to come in. 

Before we began cleanup for the fire and smoke damage a series of tests were performed to ensure the home did not contain asbestos, which could pose harm to our employees and the homeowners.

After SERVPRO of The Dutch Fork's talented technicians were able restore the contents of the home damaged by smoke we began repairs. In these photos you'll see one of the bathrooms that was covered in soot and damaged beyond cleaning. Our construction division works with the homeowners to rebuild what was damaged using the vision they have for their home. The outcome was beautiful!
